A product system warranty will warrant all of the products that are purchased for a project, which would be the same as a manufacturer’s warranty, and a total system warranty will warranty both the labor and the materials for both the roofing and green roofing portions of the project. These warranties are beneficial to the owner since they allow for a single point of contact if a repair is ever needed for your green roofing project. Knowing that there is one contact with one warranty gives an owner peace of mind that their green roofing project is covered in case that any unforeseen circumstance ever occurs.

Through the specification of a Diadem product system, we are able to offer a 10 year product warranty for all Diadem products (This does not include plant materials) used on your project. As for the total system warranties, Hanging Gardens has partnered with one of the green roofing industries leaders, Roofmeadow. With a Roofmeadow specified and designed system, Hanging Gardens has created a partnership that gives us the ability to offer our clients up to a 20 year total system warranty.
